The RING chair by Eurotrend Furniture LLC won in the décor category of the 2007 Editors’ Choice Awards at the International Hotel/Motel and Restaurant Show in New York City a few days ago. Judges reviewed almost 150 submissions of new industry products and selected category winners based on their innovative design, creativity, use of materials, and industry suitability.

The chairs in the RING collection have the distinction of being the first in the industry to be made with two independent wood shells that provide maximum comfort to the user because of their autonomous movement. They can be used in almost every aspect of the restaurant industry: as commercial bar chairs, café or bistro chairs, or as cafeteria chairs.

Designed by Billani, the stackable RING chairs are also a visual treat; you can have the outer and inner shells of the chair in different colours if you like, for a distinctive look. The collection is available in oak (in two standard wood matt stains), fashion composite woods (in two standard beech wood veneer matt finish), or coloured laminates from Abet Laminati, which resist wear and aging. The chair’s metal frame has a polished chrome-plated finish.
